SCOUTERS is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end sales of residential and/or commercial properties.
- Generate leads through various channels including site visits, references, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients for closures.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project details.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM with client interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Thane real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
