Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each baby brand in the portfolio, aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns, to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring expenditures.
- Build relationships with external partners, suppliers, and influencers to enhance brand presence and reach.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer goods or baby products preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing).
- Creative thinking with a passion for the baby product industry and understanding of parenting trends.
