Key Responsibilities
1. Office Operations Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and administrative systems.
2. Administrative Support to Teams: Provide administrative support to engineering, project execution, and management teams.
3. Legal & Corporate Documentation: Assist in managing corporate legal documentation, agreements, NDAs, guarantees, and contracts.
4. Banking & Financial Coordination: Handle coordination with banks and financial institutions. Assist in banking documentation including guarantees, payments, and account-related matters. Support accounting functions including documentation for payments, invoices, and financial records.
5. HR & Personnel Administration: Assist in HR administration including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
6. Logistics & Site Administration: Coordinate logistics for equipment shipments, documentation, courier management, and travel arrangements.
7. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as an administrative contact point for clients, partners, and consultants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate office administration or operations management.
- Experience working with engineering companies, project-based organizations, or consulting firms preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative management skills
- Experience in legal documentation and corporate compliance processes
- Familiarity with banking procedures and financial documentation
- Knowledge of HR administration and office management systems
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business documentation
Pay: Up to ₹37,000.00 per month
