- ₹12,000 Fixed
- + Incentives (₹18,000 – ₹30,000 total earning potential)
About Us:
At New Careers Academy, we guide students preparing for NDA, CDS, AFCAT & SSB.
We focus on real counselling, not telecalling — helping students understand their weaknesses and improve.
Role Overview:
You will speak to students who have already shown interest and:
- Understand their exam goals
- Identify preparation gaps
- Guide them towards the right course
- Invite them for demo/mock sessions
Daily Work:
- 40–50 calls/day
- 25+ connected calls
- 3–5 demo bookings
Monthly Target:
- Minimum: 18–20 admissions
- Good: 30–35 admissions
- Top Performer: 50+ admissions
Skills Required:
- Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident speaking skills
- Ability to guide and convince students
- Basic understanding of NDA/CDS/SSB (preferred)
