Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location : Guntur and Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Department: Business Development
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 Years
Probation Period: 1 Month
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and cold outreach
Sales & Negotiation: Deliver presentations, create proposals, and close deals with clients
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
Market Research: Analyze competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Negotiation: Strong ability to close deals and secure favorable terms
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify trends and convert them into opportunities
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Languages : Telugu, Hindi and English (fluently) , Additional languages are plus.
