Leoland is looking for a dynamic and responsible Business Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and property management.
What You’ll Do
- Manage commercial & residential properties and daily operations.
- Hire, train & effectively manage staff teams.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors & service providers.
- Monitor operations, staff performance & expenses.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and operations run smoothly.
- Identify issues and drive practical solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in property/business operations management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Experience in recruiting and managing staff.
- Excellent communication, coordination & problem-solving abilities.
- Bhubaneswar-based candidates preferred.
