We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for one of our leading Life Insurance client to build and manage a high-performing team of insurance advisors/agents. This is an Agency Channel role, where the primary responsibility is to recruit, train, and drive a team to achieve business targets.
JOB DETAILS

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
- Build and manage a team to drive life insurance sales
- Train, motivate, and guide agents to achieve targets
- Generate business through the agency network
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
- Conduct regular field activities with agents for closures
- Develop strong market presence and network
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Profile
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Experience in agency channel / agent recruitment / team handling is a strong advantage
- Must be comfortable with field sales and target-driven roles
- Strong communication skills (English + Tamil preferred)
