Responsibilities:
Artist Onboarding & Calling
- Call singers, musicians, bands, DJs for registration
- Collect their details and complete artist profile on Usicly
- Pitch our media & marketing services
Media & Marketing Services Promotion
- Explain our services:
- Artist Profile Creation
- Social Media Management
- Lead Generation
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads
- Video Editing
- Content Creation
- Convert interested artists into clients
Studio & Event Coordination
- Manage jamming studio bookings
- Handle open mic ticket bookings
- Coordinate with cafés/hotels for events & partnerships
Office Enquiries & Customer Handling
- Attend walk-in enquiries
- Explain classes, fees, schedules, and services
- Maintain polite & professional communication
- Basic Social Media Tasks
- Post content
- Reply to messages
- Keep pages active
- Assist in content planning
Daily Reporting
- Maintain daily call reports
- Lead status updates
- Booking reports

Skills Required:
- Good communication and phone-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets
- Confident in talking to artists, clients, cafés, hotels
- Responsible, quick learner, friendly
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred but not necessary)
