JK Lucent is a Melbourne-based IT services company with a delivery centre in Infopark, Kerala. We provide services in Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, Automation, AI Solutions, and Digital Solutions to clients in Australia and other global markets. We are building a strong in-house marketing and creative team to support our business growth.

About The Role:

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Onsite

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer (Fresher / Junior) to join our team at Infopark, Koratty. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design and wants to build a career in digital and marketing design.

You will be responsible for creating social media posters, flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, and other marketing creatives for JK Lucent and its campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Design social media creatives, posters, banners, and digital marketing materials
Create flyers, brochures, company profiles, and presentation decks
Ensure brand consistency across all designs and materials
Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop creative assets
Make revisions and improvements based on feedback
Prepare final design files for digital and print use
Organise and maintain design files and assets
Stay updated with basic design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

0 to 2 years of experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
Basic knowledge of design tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva (good to have)
Basic understanding of layout, typography, colours, and branding
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and improve design skills
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work well in a team

Qualifications (Preferred):

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
A basic portfolio or sample designs (college projects or practice work are acceptable)
