About the Role
Insyd is hiring a Field Sales Associate in Bangalore. This is a full-time, on-ground role.
You’ll own a territory, build a pipeline from scratch, meet business owners face to face, pitch our products, handle objections, and close deals. You’ll work closely with the founding team, carry real targets, and have a direct impact on the company’s revenue.

Insyd is building the technology operating system for India’s architecture and interior material industry - helping businesses run smarter, market better, and expand faster. Our products handle front-office operations and prospect management for material brands — all built for how this industry actually works.
The goal? To take Indian design and materials to the global stage.
We’re incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, and recognized by Startup India. Our founders are a BITS Pilani and SPA engineer-architect duo with 15 years of combined experience across startups and top MNCs.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a territory of prospects across Bangalore
- Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, networking, and research
- Run end-to-end sales cycles — from first meeting to signed deal
- Conduct product demos tailored to each customer’s business needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Report pipeline activity, customer feedback, and market insights to the founding team
What We Need
- Minimum 1 year prior Tech Sales experience (software, SaaS, or tech products)
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada — all three are mandatory for this role
- You know Bangalore — the markets, the areas, how business owners here think and operate
- Have worked in an early-stage startup — you understand the pace, the chaos, and the ownership it demands
- Can handle cold visits, on-ground hustle, and daily field travel across the city
- You track your own numbers, follow up without reminders, and close what you start
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to SMBs, business owners, or the architecture/interiors industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management

- A fixed CTC of 5LPA + performance-linked incentives

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
