Plan and supervise daily production activities. Prepare and standardize recipes for bakery products. Ensure consistent taste, texture and product quality. Operate and monitor ovens, mixers and bakery equipment. Manage production staff and allocate work efficiently. Control raw material usage and minimize wastage. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards. Monitor production targets and ensure timely dispatch. Train workers on production methods and quality requirements. Coordinate with management regarding production schedules and new product development. Maintain production records, batch sheets and stock reports. Ensure preventive maintenance of bakery machinery and equipment. �
