Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Marketing & Sales Coordinator to generate business opportunities for the organization through corporate outreach, lead management, and relationship building. The role involves identifying and connecting with potential partners and clients, converting inbound interest into scheduled conversations, and representing the organization in meetings and conferences. The primary goal of this role is to grow the pipeline of qualified video calls and drive them toward successful partnerships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential corporate partners, clients, and CSR-eligible companies relevant to the organization's work.Generate new leads through outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and enquiries, and convert them into scheduled video calls.
- Own the follow-up process — ensure no lead goes cold, and consistently move prospects toward a call or meeting.
- Schedule and coordinate video calls between prospects and the internal team.
- Attend meetings, video calls, and conferences on behalf of the organization, representing it professionally.
- Take clear notes during meetings and calls, and share key takeaways with the internal team.
- Present the organization's projects and partnership opportunities in a compelling, tailored manner to different stakeholders.
- Maintain and update lead and contact information in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking of every conversation and its status.
- Build long-term relationships with partners and clients through regular, proactive engagement.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build visibility and generate new business leads.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing coordination, partnerships, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify the right people to reach out to.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — confident on calls and in outreach messaging.
- Comfortable managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to attend and actively contribute in meetings and conferences, including taking notes and summarizing discussions.
- Ability to maintain and organize leads within a CRM tool.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with NGOs, foundations, corporate CSR teams, or in a B2B sales/partnerships environment.
- Familiarity with CSR regulations and corporate partnership structures (a plus, not mandatory).
- Prior experience in a role where you were measured on number of meetings/calls scheduled or leads converted.
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders or decision-makers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
