Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and monitor patient progress
- Monitor for any changes in the patient's condition
- Communicate updates to doctors, patients, and their families
- Administer treatment and monitor doses
- Respond to medical emergencies and alert doctors as needed
- Provide care to patients throughout their recovery in the ICU
- Complete necessary paperwork before transferring a patient
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Create and implement effective care plans
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an ICU nurse or in a critical care unit
- Knowledge of health information systems and technology
- Availability for 12-hour day and night shifts
- Excellent empathy and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-stress and emotional environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
