Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field-Based)
Location: Lucknow (with outstation travel as required)

Business Innovation is a growing IT company engaged in delivering innovative technology solutions and executing various Government and enterprise-level projects. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing Executive to expand our client base and strengthen business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits across Lucknow and nearby/outstation locations for client meetings and business development.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Present company services, proposals, and solutions to clients effectively.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for requirement gathering and execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure relationship management.
- Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and basic documentation (Excel/Word/PPT).
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Represent the company in official meetings, events, and site visits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BBA / MBA (Marketing or related field preferred) or Graduate with relevant/similar experience
- Experience: Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with relevant experience can apply
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently (within city and outstation)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred (not mandatory but advantageous)
Skills Required:
- Good communication & convincing ability
- Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of IT services (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
