Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products and services
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly
- Coordinate with the sales and verification team for loan processing
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum HSC/Graduate qualification
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
Job Location- Malad
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
