BMS Engineer – Bangalore
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or MSc – Instrumentation
About the Role
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BMS, PLC programming, building automation, system configuration, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Verify technical designs, BOMs, and Sequence of Operations.
- Program and configure automation/BMS devices and systems.
- Work with project managers and preconstruction teams.
- Maintain system databases and project documentation.
- Perform software upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Review and clean up floorplans and technical drawings.
- Create SVG drawings and maintain system databases.
- Support project execution and ensure quality deliverables.
Key Skills Required
- BMS / Building Automation experience
- PLC programming and configuration
- Automation and control systems
- HVAC controls knowledge
- AutoCAD and technical drawing skills
- Understanding of BOM and Sequence of Operation
- Troubleshooting and commissioning
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- SCADA / DCS
- BACnet / Modbus
- Bluebeam / Illustrator
- Lighting Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with Quantum, Athena, Ketra or Limelight
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
