Position: Field Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 3 Years of Real Estate Sales Experience
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification
- Graduation in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong knowledge of field sales and client handling.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good confidence and convincing ability.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings and property/site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of deals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
