The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate sales, and strengthen market presence for FMCG products. The role involves coordinating with sales teams, distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, and digital marketing teams to ensure successful product promotions and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for FMCG products.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to increase product visibility and market penetration.
- Develop POSM (Point of Sale Materials) such as brochures, posters, banners, and display units.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Organize trade promotions, retailer meets, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor marketing budgets and campaign performance.
- Analyze sales data and prepare marketing performance reports.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and digital marketing partners.
- Handle social media and digital marketing initiatives (if required).
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all marketing materials.
- Collect customer feedback and recommend product or promotional improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG marketing (Freshers with strong marketing knowledge may also apply).
