Job Summary
We are looking for a presentable, courteous, and professional Office Hostess to create a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front-office hospitality responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Ensure a positive and pleasant experience for all guests visiting the office.
- Offer refreshments such as tea, coffee, and water to visitors and meeting attendees.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Coordinate with the administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms for client meetings and internal discussions.
- Manage pantry supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Support administrative and hospitality-related activities as required.
- Maintain professional grooming and etiquette at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and senior management.
- Basic understanding of office etiquette and hospitality services.
- Prior experience in hospitality, front office, receptionist, or hostess roles will be an added advantage.
