Key Responsibilities – Franchise Support & Admission Manager
- Act as the key point of contact between franchisees and the central office.
- Provide operational support, training, and guidance to franchise teams.
- Ensure quality standards, policy compliance, and smooth franchise operations.
- Drive admissions growth through marketing initiatives, lead management, and parent engagement activities.
- Analyze admission data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support franchise requirements effectively.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain strong franchise relationships.
- Support branding and local marketing activities to strengthen market presence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience in franchise management, admissions, or educational operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational activities efficiently.
