About the Role
We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Architectural Designer who can leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance architectural workflows, improve design efficiency, and generate innovative solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong architectural fundamentals with expertise in emerging AI technologies, computational design, and digital visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed design documentation.
- Utilize AI-assisted design tools to accelerate concept generation, space planning, façade studies, and design optimization.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client and internal reviews.
- Integrate AI workflows into architectural design processes, including generative design, automated documentation, and visualization.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout project phases.
- Conduct site analysis, zoning studies, and feasibility assessments.
- Prepare construction drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies relevant to architecture and design.
- Maintain design quality, regulatory compliance, and project standards.
- Support BIM implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 2+ years of architectural design experience.
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM software such as:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Rhino
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction documentation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as:
- Lumion
- Enscape
- Twinmotion
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred AI & Digital Skills
- Experience with AI-powered architectural tools and workflows.
- Familiarity with:
- Grasshopper
- Dynamo
- Generative design methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI image-generation and visualization platforms.
- Understanding of machine learning applications in architecture, space planning, sustainability analysis, and design automation.
- Experience using AI for:
- Concept generation
