Job Description (JD) – Maintenance EngineerPosition TitleMaintenance EngineerDepartmentEngineering / MaintenanceLocationManufacturing Plant/HyderabadJob SummaryResponsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of Injection Molding Machines, EBM Machines, Assembly Machines, Utilities, Electrical and Mechanical systems to ensure smooth plant operations with minimum downtime.Key Responsibilities1. Injection Molding Machine MaintenancePerform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Injection Molding Machines.Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues.Maintain heaters, thermocouples, SSRs, barrel systems, hydraulic systems, and servo drives.Maintain robotic pick-and-place systems and conveyors.2. EBM Machine MaintenanceMaintenance of extrusion blow molding machines including heaters, drives, hydraulic systems, and molds.Troubleshoot temperature and parison control systems.3. Assembly Machine MaintenanceMaintenance of automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines.Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, pneumatic cylinders, and servo motors.4. Plant Utilities MaintenanceMaintenance of compressors, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, HVAC systems, DG sets, pumps, motors, and utility pipelines.5. Electrical MaintenanceMaintenance of HT/LT panels, transformers, MCC panels, VFDs, relays, and electrical distribution systems.Cable laying, termination, and electrical fault troubleshooting.6. Mechanical MaintenanceMaintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and valves.7. Preventive Maintenance & DocumentationPrepare PM schedules and maintain machine history records.Support audits like ISO 13485, GMP, and safety audits.Required SkillsKnowledge of Injection Molding, EBM, Utilities, Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance.PLC troubleshooting, automation systems, preventive maintenance planning, RCA and CAPA.QualificationB.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.Experience3–8 years experience in manufacturing / medical devices / plastics industry.KPIsMachine uptime, breakdown reduction, PM compliance, utility efficiency, safety compliance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
