Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Job Matching: Match candidates with appropriate job openings based on their skills, experience, and client needs.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide feedback to clients on the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during the recruitment process.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
