Align engineer at the respective site as per the work experience and troubleshoot.
Take feedback from customers regarding the operation.
Payment follow-up of sales done by the service department.
Make or Check the Manual of machines and qualification documents.
Follow up with all the departments regarding the project and support for completion of the project.
If engineer are not available for any site, personal visit need to be done for closing the open service call.
provide online support to the customer in terms of projects troubleshoot and if support required from other department then make communication.
sales of spares part to customer or as per the customer requirement service sales of machine need to be carried for discussion.
Should have technical knowledge for the product requirement and basis knowledge of machine for discussion with the vendor and solving the troubleshoot.
Team leader quality and nearness to adept new technology.
Handing over the spare for customer delivery.
Maintaining proper communication with all the department and keeping records on mail or in written format.
Cross verify of all the service engineer expanses.
Aligning engineer for testing of components received for repair.
