Title: Mess Chef
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef to prepare daily meals for approximately 20 employees. The candidate should be able to cook hygienic, nutritious, and tasty food while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner as required.
- Plan and cook meals for around 20 employees.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking area.
- Manage food ingredients and minimize wastage.
- Ensure food quality and timely meal preparation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and meal preparation.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Kochi, Near by Kochi international airport.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
