Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Manager with strong experience in B2B SaaS sales,
especially in 0–1 product-market fit and 1–100 scale-up journeys. The role requires hands-on
field sales execution, enterprise & mid-market client acquisition, and building scalable sales
processes from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive end-to-end field sales for B2B SaaS products, including lead generation,
meetings, demos, negotiations, and closures
● Own new business acquisition across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
● Build and execute GTMs for 0–1 and 1–100 growth stages
● Conduct in-person client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations
● Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue targets
● Identify customer pain points and map them to SaaS solutions
● Work closely with Founders, Product, Marketing, and Pre-sales teams
● Set up and improve sales processes, CRM hygiene, and reporting
● Hire, mentor, and manage field sales executives (as the team scales)
● Gather market and customer feedback to improve product-market fit
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field sales
● Proven experience in early-stage (0–1) and scaling (1–100) SaaS environments
● Strong understanding of software sales cycles, pricing, and contracts
● Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
● Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
● Experience selling complex or high-ticket SaaS solutions
● Data-driven approach to sales planning and execution
● Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
Preferred Background
● Experience selling Enterprise SaaS / SMB SaaS / Vertical SaaS
● Prior experience in startup or high-growth SaaS companies
● Exposure to founder-led sales transitions
● Knowledge of solution selling / consultative selling frameworks
