Key Responsibilities
- Listen to and evaluate recorded calls based on quality parameters.
- Monitor the performance of Education Counsellors and Sales Executives.
- Share regular feedback and coaching points to improve communication and sales quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Identify common errors and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and call quality standards.
- Coordinate with trainers and team leaders to improve team performance.
- Maintain accurate quality audit records and documentation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
