Vyom Enterprise is an IT services company working with clients in Australia's renewable energy sector, including XVRYTHNG, a solar CRM and project management platform used by installers, retailers and inspectors, and xTechs Renewables, a Melbourne-based solar and battery installation company.
The role
We're looking for a fresher who learns fast and figures things out independently. You'll build the video and help-content library for our CRM platform, and handle customer queries and email support. No prior experience in solar or CRM software is required, what matters is that you can pick up a new system quickly and explain it clearly to someone else.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in India.
What you'll do
- Record and edit short screen-recorded how-to videos for the CRM video library
- Write help articles and step-by-step guides to accompany them
- Respond to customer queries over email and chat
- Keep the support inbox on top of things and follow up on open items
- Maintain accurate records and job statuses in the CRM
- Assist with documentation, reporting and general coordination as needed
What we're looking for
- Strong self-learner, you can be handed a new tool and work it out yourself, without step-by-step hand-holding
- Quick grasper, you pick up processes fast and retain them
- Clear, professional written English, you'll be writing to customers daily
- Ability to explain technical things simply
- Organised and able to juggle several tasks at once
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
- Graduates from any stream welcome, degree field doesn't matter
Nice to have (not essential)
- Any exposure to screen recording or basic video editing (Canva, CapCut, Descript, Loom)
- Familiarity with a CRM, Google Workspace or spreadsheets Interest in renewable energy or SaaS products
