Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads through online platforms and databases. Contact potential clients via phone and email. Understand customer requirements and introduce company products. Schedule meetings for the sales team. Prepare proposals and quotations. Maintain CRM and lead database. Follow up with prospective customers. Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements. Assist in achieving monthly business targets. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Required Skills Lead Generation Business Development Communication Skills MS Office CRM Software Customer Handling Negotiation Skills Follow-up & Coordination Qualification Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred) Experience 1–3 Years in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Sales Support. Manufacturing Industry experience will be an added advantage. Salary As per company standards.
