We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company services and offers clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Follow up with interested customers
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Sales or telecalling experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience)
