Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and field sourcing.
- Conducting initial interviews and skill assessments.
- Coordinating trade tests and document verification.
- Maintaining a database of candidates.
- Managing bulk hiring requirements within deadlines.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
- Negotiating salary and employment terms.
- Arranging onboarding, mobilization, and travel where required.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to ensure successful deployment and retention.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
