Job Title: Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Outs & Execution)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee our interior fit-out projects from ground execution to final handover. In this role, you will be the bridge between design concepts and physical reality. You will spend most of your time on-site, ensuring that construction, carpentry, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and finishes are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on active commercial and residential interior sites. Ensure all work aligns strictly with GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and design specifications.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate, schedule, and manage specialized vendors (carpentry, civil, electrical, HVAC, glazing). Track their progress, enforce quality controls, and ensure they meet project milestones.
- Material Procurement & Inventory: Forecast material requirements based on project timelines. Source, negotiate, and procure high-quality materials (finishes, fixtures, raw materials), and manage on-site inventory to prevent delays or wastage.
- Site Layout & Quality Control: Conduct precise site markings, levels, and measurements. Inspect ongoing work daily to maintain the highest standards of workmanship, finish, and structural integrity.
- Daily Reporting & Coordination: Maintain absolute clarity between the site and the main office. Generate daily progress reports (DPRs), track measurement sheets, and proactively highlight potential scope creep or timeline risks to project managers.
Required Experience & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience specifically managing interior execution and fit-out projects (experience in turnkey commercial, retail, or premium corporate spaces is a massive plus).
- Technical Know-How: Strong ability to read and interpret complex architectural, structural, layout, and MEP drawings. Deep understanding of interior material properties, market rates, and construction sequences.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively and spend the majority of the workday visiting active project sites.
- Soft Skills: Sharp negotiation skills for vendor management, clear communication, and a highly proactive problem-solving attitude when facing unpredictable site challenges.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
