We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Freshers who are willing to learn are welcome, while candidates with prior experience in real estate sales will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Real Estate sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
