About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Java Developer with strong Azure API Management (APIM) expertise to join our team immediately. In this role, you will lead the setup of Azure APIM in our environment, fronting our Java-based APIs, and work directly with our partner, CommScope, to port and support existing APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- APIM Setup & Migration: Immediately set up Azure APIM in our environment and successfully port/support existing APIs.
- Backend Development: Maintain, optimize, and develop robust, high-performance Java-based APIs.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between the Java backend and the Azure APIM front-end layer.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners (CommScope) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with strong Java expertise.
- Proven experience with Azure APIM, specifically configuring, managing, and fronting Java APIs with Microsoft APIM.
- Ability to work standard business hours (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST).
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive immediate setup and partner collaboration.
- Available to join immediately or within a 1-week notice period.
Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
