Experience
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Contract Management, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or related domains.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or related field.

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Legal & Compliance to support legal documentation, contract management, regulatory compliance, CIC dispute handling, grievance redressal, and litigation-related activities. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and timely resolution of legal and customer-related matters.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesAgreements & Contract Management
- Draft, review, vet, and maintain agreements, contracts, declarations, undertakings, and related legal documents.
- Support execution of customer, vendor, partner, employment, and service agreements.
- Maintain contract repositories and track renewals, amendments, and expiries.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for agreement execution and compliance requirements.
CIC Dispute Assistance
- Assist in handling disputes related to credit bureau reporting with CIBIL, Experian, CRIF High Mark, and Equifax.
- Review customer complaints related to DPD reporting, account closures, and credit bureau updates.
- Coordinate with Operations and Credit teams to collect supporting documents.
- Prepare responses and documentation for dispute resolution.
- Monitor dispute closure timelines and compliance requirements.
RBI Complaint & Regulatory Assistance
- Assist in managing complaints received through regulatory and grievance channels.
- Draft responses to customer complaints and regulatory communications.
- Support compliance with RBI and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain complaint trackers and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in preparing regulatory reports and submissions.
Nodal Grievance Redressal Support
- Support grievance handling activities escalated to the Nodal Grievance Redressal Officer.
- Review complaint records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for fact-finding and resolution.
- Draft closure communications and customer responses.
- Monitor grievance resolution timelines and service standards.
Legal Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain legal databases, compliance trackers, and case records.
- Organize and archive agreements, notices, legal correspondence, and regulatory communications.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
Litigation & Notice Support
- Assist in preparing legal notices, replies, affidavits, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal teams.
- Maintain litigation trackers and status reports.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports relating to legal matters, complaints, disputes, and agreements.
- Track key legal and compliance metrics.
- Provide periodic status updates to management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of contract drafting and legal documentation.
- Understanding of RBI regulations, NBFC compliance, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Familiarity with CIC dispute processes.
- Strong drafting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
