We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and online growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should understand platform-specific algorithms, content trends, audience behaviour, and performance analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Write compelling captions and optimize posts for each platform.
- Manage Reels, Shorts, Stories, and campaigns.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
- Track performance and prepare analytics reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithms.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of social media management experience.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of analytics, SEO, and content strategy.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
