Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee and manage MEP projects from planning and execution through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and proven experience handling MEP installations and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute MEP projects within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP works.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and project teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues.
- Ensure MEP works are completed according to approved drawings and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in MEP project management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Experience in managing large-scale MEP projects.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and project activities.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Candidates with relevant engineering qualifications will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
