We are seeking a skilled ETL Tester with 3 to 6 years of experience in Data Warehouse and ETL Testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in validating data pipelines, transformation logic, data quality, and reconciliation processes. Hands-on experience with SQL and test automation is essential to ensure high-quality data integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end ETL testing for data migration, data warehouse, and reporting projects.

Validate source-to-target data mappings and transformation rules.

Execute data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation testing.

Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for ETL processes.

Analyze ETL workflows and identify data inconsistencies, anomalies, and defects.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data verification and validation.

Perform regression, integration, system, and functional testing of ETL processes.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and data engineers to resolve issues.

Prepare test reports, defect logs, and quality metrics documentation.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Skills

3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in ETL Testing.

Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL methodologies.

Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex joins, subqueries, aggregations, and reconciliation queries.

Experience in Data Validation Testing, Data Mapping Verification, Transformation Logic Testing, End-to-End Data Pipeline Testing and Data Reconciliation.

Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms.
