We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team.

Academic Counsellor
Location:
Kadavanthra, Ernakulam
Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries and provide course guidance.
- Counsel prospective students and explain course offerings.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student databases and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams.
- Achieve monthly admission and collection targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and parents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, telecalling, or customer relations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
