Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality real estate videos, property walkthroughs, reels, client testimonials, and social media content that enhances our brand presence and drives engagement.
The candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a modern editing style, and the ability to create visually appealing content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideography
- Shoot high-quality property walkthroughs, drone shots, interviews, and promotional videos.
- Capture engaging footage for luxury, residential, and commercial properties.
- Handle camera setups, lighting, audio, and framing during shoots.
- Travel to project locations for content production when required.
Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, ads, and cinematic property showcases.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, color grading, sound design, and effects.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content ideas.
- Assist in scripting and storyboard planning for campaigns.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and real estate content styles.
Post-Production
- Manage raw footage, backups, and organized project files.
- Deliver projects within timelines and campaign deadlines.
- Optimize videos for different digital platforms and formats.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Lightroom
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Cinematography
- Color grading
- Motion graphics
- Sound editing
- Social media video trends
- Experience handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and gimbals.
- Knowledge of drone videography is a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in video production/editing.
- Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or digital marketing content preferred.
- Portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
