ANM/GNM/BSC-Nursing for Homecare duty 12/24 hrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough health assessments, record medical histories, and track physical and cognitive progress.
- Clinical Care: Administer prescribed medications, injections, and intravenous therapies. Perform wound care, catheter management, and nebulization using sterile techniques.
- Vital Monitoring: Regularly monitor vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, and blood sugar, alerting physicians to any critical changes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient charts, reporting abnormalities to supervisors and healthcare practitioners.
- Emotional Support: Build a trusting relationship with the family, providing emotional support and a comforting presence
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
