Responsibilities • Coordinate recruiting activities and tasks tasks with the US recruiting teams • Support recruiters with recruitment activities and process management • Maintain and update candidate, requisition, and hiring data in Workday ATS • Assist with job postings, requisition management, and candidate tracking • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes. Ensure recruiting documentation and records are accurate and up to date. • Partner with recruiters and HR teams to support onboarding and hiring workflows • Generate and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and status updates. Track hiring progress and follow up with stakeholders on pending actions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Assist with recruitment projects, audits, and operational improvements as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support • Experience coordinating with India and US-based teams preferred. Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting module or similar ATS preferred • Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting operations preferred • Familiarity with recruitment reporting and HR systems preferred • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills preferred • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams preferred.
