We are seeking a polished, confident, and professional Front Office Executive to become the first point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads.
- Coordinate patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with treatment plan presentations and patient coordination.
- Manage billing, invoices, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with doctors, assistants, and consultants for smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Support patient relationship management and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate preferred (any stream).
- Previous experience in healthcare, dental, medical, hospitality, luxury retail, or front office roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp, email, and basic office software.
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
