Field Sales Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers through regular field visits.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for JCB equipment.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with finance, delivery, and service teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Agricultural, Electrical Engineering, or Any Graduate with sales experience.
- Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Target-oriented with a passion for field sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
