- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate financial statements, conduct variance analyses, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting process, create long-term financial forecasts, and track performance against business plans.
- Cash & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and develop strategies to minimize financial risks and maximize return on investments.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to local tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate policies while facilitating internal and external audits. Ensure proper accounting records are kept in compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards and financial policies.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure efficient daily operations (e.g., accounts payable/receivable).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
