Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of experience bookings and customer requests.
- Manage communication with vendors, partners, and activity providers.
- Ensure smooth execution of bookings from confirmation to completion.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and support requests.
- Track bookings, cancellations, refunds, and operational reports.
- Maintain accurate records and update operational databases.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Monitor partner performance and service quality standards.
- Assist in onboarding new experience partners and vendors.
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 month to 1 years of experience in operations, customer support, hospitality, travel, events, or related fields.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel, hospitality, events, or marketplace businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and booking management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹10,819.40 - ₹17,000.00 per month
