- Coordinate and supervise all interior fit-out activities, including civil, architectural, joinery, finishing, and MEP works.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage shop drawing submissions, material approvals, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor material procurement, delivery schedules, and site inventory.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in cost control, variation management, and project billing.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial, retail, hospitality, or workplace projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, joinery, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
