Job Profile: Sales Engineer
Core Work Profile: Technical Sales & Consulting
- Lead Generation & Relationship Management: Identifying new business opportunities by networking with MEP consultants, EPC contractors, and facility managers.
- Techno-Commercial Proposals: Designing customized AHU, Partition panel & Pharma machineries solutions based on client requirements (e.g., airflow, pressure, or filtration needs) and preparing detailed price quotations.
- Technical Specification Positioning: Working with consultants to ensure the company's products are included in project tender specifications at an early stage.
- Project Tendering & Negotiation: Participating in high-stakes bidding processes and finalising commercial terms and orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Surveys: Visiting project sites to assess installation requirements and calculate parameters like heat load or ducting layout.
- Revenue Generation: Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets for AHUs, ventilation systems, Partition panel and Pharma machineries.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Collaborating with the manufacturing unit to ensure that custom-built AHUs align with the approved technical drawings.
- After-Sales & Collections: Maintaining client relationships post-delivery and ensuring the timely collection of payments and clear outstandings.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Typically requires a Degree or Diploma in Engineering,
- Skills: Presentation skills, and the ability to travel extensively for field visits
Salary Range
- Junior Level - 6 to 8L per annual
- Senior Level - 8 to 10L per annual
