Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QS & Billing Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our team at Hoskote. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, client and subcontractor billing, cost monitoring, and project documentation to ensure efficient project execution and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify client RA bills and subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and support budget control activities.
- Verify executed work at the site for accurate billing.
- Prepare material reconciliation statements.
- Track project quantities, variations, and extra items.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and contractors for billing approvals.
- Maintain billing records, invoices, payment tracking, and project documentation.
- Assist in tender quantity estimation, rate analysis, and final account preparation.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a QS/Billing Engineer in construction projects.
- Good knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Experience with ERP/billing software will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
