Roles Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result‐driven Retail Sales Head to lead our sales initiatives in the PR and advertising space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media solutions, client servicing, and revenue generation within the retail segment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing retail clients across Pan India markets and nearby markets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business targets
- Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision‐makers in the PR and advertising ecosystem
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the retail sector
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, operations) to deliver effective campaigns and solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and closures
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Key Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in sales within PR, advertising, media, or digital marketing industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong network within retail brands and agencies is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Leadership mindset with the ability to independently manage the region
Desired Attributes
- Qualifications in Mass Communication, Journalism, or PR.
- Experience working with media platforms, content distribution, or digital PR solutions
- Familiarity with tech driven PR and digital media intelligence.
